The Case

Sentence Imprisonment. The Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, allowed the defendant's appeal against sentence where insufficient regard had been paid to totality and reduced a sentence of 27 months' imprisonment to 17 months' imprisonment for inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and for making indecent photographs of a child.
