Sentence Imprisonment. On the application of the Attorney General, the Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, increased the offender's sentence from 15 months' imprisonment to four years' where he had pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault contrary to of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and to having a bladed article contrary to of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, where he had used a knife to coerce the young female victim to masturbate him late at night.
