The Case

Extradition Extradition hearing. The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against an order for his extradition to Romania, where, inter alia, he fell squarely within the provisions of s20(3) of the and there had been no breach of his rights under the European Convention on Human Rights in the proceedings at which the order had been made.
