The Case

Medical practitioner General Medical Council. The Administrative Court held that the appellant's conditions of practice were to be removed on account of the General Medical Council's Fitness to Practise Panel's error in concluding that the appellant's fitness to practise was impaired by reason of his deficient professional performance, having failed to comply with the relevant rules, for instance, in raising matters at the hearing which did not form part of the notice of hearing.
