The Case

Complaint Police. Queens Bench Division, Administrative Court (London): An application by the claimant for judicial review on the basis that the defendant's decision to deny them information it had requested under of the Police Act 1996 was dismissed on the basis that the information would have been derived from the recollections of the officers to events so long in the past that they has the right not to provide it.
