Prison Prisoner. Queen's Bench Division, Administrative Court (London): The court dismissed an application for judicial review of a decision by the defendant parole board whereby it had declined to transfer a post-tariff lifer into open conditions. The board had taken into account the relevant expert evidence in reaching its decision. Further, the board's reasoning was not inadequate.
