The Case

Police Complaint against police. Queens Bench Division, Administrative Court (London): An application by the claimant for judicial review on the basis that the Independent Police Complaints Commission had erred in law was dismissed on the basis that it had considered the appeal in its substance and on the balance of probabilities rejected the claimant's complaint. That was the correct approach and there had been no error of law.
