The Case

Practice Pre-trial or post-judgment relief. House of Lords: CPR 71 did not enable an order for examination to be made against an officer who was outside the jurisdiction, and CPR 6 provided no basis for service out of the jurisdiction of any such order, had it been possible to make one.
