Bankruptcy - Appeal - Appeal from bankruptcy order - Debtor submitting order unjust in light of direction given at previous hearing that order not to be made in event of payment before next hearing - Debtor paying money ordered - Order nevertheless made - Whether just.
Bankruptcy Appeal. The Chancery Division quashed a bankruptcy order against the debtor as, in all the circumstances it had not been just to make the order.
