Sentence - Imprisonment - Length of Sentence - Sentence of imprisonment for public protection - Aggravated burglary - Whether sentence manifestly excessive.
Sentence Imprisonment. The defendant's sentence of imprisonment for public protection with a specified term of one year for aggravated burglary was quashed and substituted with a community sentence on the basis that there had been no material from which the judge could have found the required significant risk of serious harm to the public.
