Costs - Security for costs - Company - Unlimited company - Whether court having jurisdiction to make order - CPR Pt 25(13)(c).
Part 25(13)(c) of the CPR plainly contemplated security for costs to be ordered against any corporate body anywhere. Security was ordered to be paid by the claimants in the instant case on the basis that, on the evidence, there was a significant danger that the companies would not pay a costs award that might be made against them.
