Minor Removal outside jurisdiction. In a mother's application for the relocation of her children to a foreign jurisdiction, the judge had been correct in allowing her application, concluding that the mother had made 'reasonable and proper plans'. The judge had dealt with the evidence extensively and had exercised a broad discretion which had not been open to challenge.
