The Case

Sentence Making an indecent photograph of a child. The defendant's appeal against his total sentence of a custodial term of one year and nine months' and an extended licence period of two years for eleven counts of making an indecent photograph and two counts of possession of an indecent photograph was dismissed on the basis that although the sentence had been high it had been within the range of sentence open to the judge to impose.
