Contract Damages for breach. The claimant was awarded damages in an uncontested action arising out of the construction or conversion of oil production hardware required for exploitation of the Marlim Sul oilfield. The action concerned sums paid to third parties by the claimant, which the defendant was supposed to reimburse.
