Possession - Landlord - Action for possession - Claimant company seeking possession against defendant in respect of property occupied by defendant - Defendant claiming deceased beneficial owner of shares in claimant allowing him to stay in property rent free - Defendant commencing Pt 20 proceedings against claimant and other defendants - Whether defendant's claims should be allowed - Consideration of relevant evidence.
Possession Landlord. The court ruled on the defendant's Pt 20 claims against the claimant company, the deceased's estate and a company in which the deceased was interested, arising out of an alleged business relationship between the defendant and the deceased, and an attempt by the claimant to obtain possession of property belonging to the claimant which was occupied by the defendant.
