Unfair dismissal - Compensation - Calculation of award - Causation of loss - Whether chairman in error in not having regard to causation of loss.
In calculating the compensatory award due to the employee following a finding of unfair dismissal, the tribunal had fallen into error in that it had failed to consider the issues of causation of loss and whether or not to make a Polkey reduction.
