European Community - Reference to European Court - Request for preliminary ruling concerning interpretation of Community law - Applicant being domiciled outside Community - Whether provisions of European Atomic Energy Community Treaty applying - European Atomic Energy Community Treaty, arts 73, 75 and 196.
In a case that that concerned the enrichment of uranium for the purposes of nuclear fuel, and involved an applicant domiciled outside the Community, the European Court of Justice made preliminary rulings concerning the interpretation and applicability of provisions of the European Atomic Energy Community Treaty.
