Employment - Reference - Duty of employer to take care - Employee making several allegations concerning reference - Whether references accurate - Whether racial prejudice motivating inaccurate references - Whether inaccurate references causing employee loss.
In the instant case, where the claimant brought several claims against his former employer, alleging that references provided had been inaccurate, racially motivated, and had caused him loss, it was held that he had failed to establish that those references had been inaccurate.
