Where the second to sixteenth defendants (who were travelling show-people) occupied agricultural land belonging to the first defendant in breach of planning control, having moved there from another site which they had also occupied in breach of planning control, it was appropriate to grant injunctive relief pursuant to s187B of the in respect of the site.
