The Employment Appeal Tribunal dismissed the employee's appeal against the employment tribunal chairman's decision, upheld following a review, to refuse to allow the employee's application to add to his originating application a complaint of sex discrimination, ten years out of date, as the chairman had not been wrong in principle.
