The Case

The offender's minimum term for the murder of a doorman whom he had stabbed following an argument about entering a nightclub would be set at 14 years' imprisonment, which was in line with that which had been notified by the Secretary of State, less the 15 months and 24 days that he had spent in custody on remand.
