Land registration - Acquisition of title by possession - Adverse possession - Whether respondents manifesting requisite intention to possess title to land.
In proceedings for adverse possession, on the evidence, the respondents had failed to exclude the world at large from the land and had taken no steps to manifest their intention to dispossess the authority from its ownership of the land.
