Child - Custody - Rights of custody - Foreign custody rights - Maternal grandmother bringing child to live with mother in United Kingdom - Mother alleging father consenting to child's move - Whether return of child to Poland should be ordered.
The father's application, under the Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction 1980 (The Hague Convention), for the child to be returned to Poland was allowed as the mother had failed to make out her case that the father had acquiesced to the child's move and there were no exceptional circumstances counting against the child's return.
