Contract - Construction - Shipbuilding contract - Entire agreement clause - Shipbuilding contract following exercise of option agreement - Whether option agreement rendered inoperative by entire agreement clause in shipbuilding contract.
The court ruled as a preliminary issue on the applicability of a clause in an option agreement that had been exercised and followed up by a shipbuilding contract. The latter contained an 'entire agreement' clause which had the effect of rendering the option agreement inapplicable.
