Will - Forgery - Evidence - Genuineness of will - Defendant contending testatrix not knowing and approving contents of will - Whether grant of probate should be made.
On the evidence, the court refused the claim for a grant of probate in common form, in respect of the testatrix's 2002 will, on the ground that the claimant had failed to make out his case that the testatrix knew and approved the contents of the 2002 will.
