Road traffic - Goods vehicle - Heavy goods vehicle - Vehicle being modified - Whether modifications rendering vehicle agricultural tractor rather than heavy goods vehicle.
There was no evidence to support the Crown Court's finding that a modified DAF vehicle had become, as a result of the changes, an agricultural tractor rather than a heavy goods vehicle.
