Contract - Construction - Supply of equipment and personnel - Claimant specialist in cleaning industrial pipework - Claimant invoicing defendants under contract - Defendants contending claimant not entitled to charge daily rate where number of men working substantially diminished - Whether contract for services or whether contract for hire.
On the facts the contract entered into by the parties, whereby the claimant was to clean industrial pipework in Nigeria, was a contract for the supply of services and not merely for the hire of men and equipment.
