Agent - Commercial agent - Compensation on termination of agency contract - Calculation of compensation - Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993, SI 1993/3053, reg 17.
Where the defendant terminated commission agent agreements with the claimants, in the circumstances of the case, the appropriate figure of compensation under reg17 of Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993, SI1993-3053, for each claimant was 12 months' commission calculated with regard to the three calendar years' commission received by each claimant prior to the giving of notice.
