In the circumstances of the case, the Immigration Appeal Tribunal had fallen into error in refusing to allow the applicant an adjournment in order to allow for the provision of a transcript of a radio interview with the Secretary of State in which the Secretary of State discussed his policy on the return of failed asylum seeking families.
