Sentence - Mandatory life sentence - Murder - Minimum term - Reference by Secretary of State to set minimum term - , Sch 22, para 6.
In all the circumstances, the offender's minimum term would be set at 12 years' imprisonment, less time spent in custody on remand, for the murder by stabbing of the victim, who had tried to make off with drugs supplied by the offender without paying.
