The Case

The court ruled, inter alia, on issues of breach of confidentiality and infringement of copyright where a former employee of the defendant-Part 20 claimant company (E Ltd) had joined the claimant-Part 20 defendant company and had used documents and database information about E Ltd's business and clients acquired by him while working for E Ltd.
