Extradition - Hearing - Extradition offence - Conduct constituting an extradition offence - Meaning of 'conduct' - , s 65(2), (3).
'The conduct' in s65 of the meant the conduct complained of or relied on in the warrant. Section65(3) was not to be read as requiring that all the conduct complained of should have occurred in the category 1 territory.
