Applying the provisions of the Insolvency Rules 7.51, , CPR 2.4, and CPR PD Insolv 1.4, the court decided, inter alia, that a bankruptcy registrar had jurisdiction to make a third party debt order where that debt arose out of insolvency proceedings.
