Town and country planning - Previously developed land - Agricultural buildings - Semen of bulls kept on site for that purpose stored in existing buildings - Whether buildings agricultural buildings - Whether site previously developed land - , s 336 - PPG3, Annex C.
Having regard to the definition of 'agriculture' in s336 of the buildings that were used for the storage of semen obtained from a herd of bulls kept on the site for that purpose were agricultural buildings. Accordingly, the site was not previously developed land within the meaning of Annex C to PPG3.
