Injunction - Interim - Preservation of position pending trial - Continuation of injunction - Whether interests of justice served by continuation of injunction.
In the circumstances of the instant case, the claimant's application for the continuation of the injunction against the third defendant to trial was allowed on the ground that the continuation of the injunction better preserved the ability of the court to achieve justice between the parties at trial.
