Medical practitioner - Appeal against determination of disciplinary committee - Extension of time for appeal - Whether time should be extended.
In view of the lack of merit in the substantive appeal against the decision of the defendant's fitness to practise panel to impose conditions on the claimant's medical registration the court refused to extend time to appeal and therefore the appeal would be dismissed.
