Bank - Duty of care - Payment to named account - Bank releasing monies to wrong account with similar name to named account - Whether bank under duty of care.
The fourth defendant bank owed no duty of care in negligence to the claimants in circumstances where an account other than the one specified by them, but with a similar name, had been credited with the claimants' money.
