Arbitration - Award - Earlier award between defendant and third party - Claimant seeking to rely on earlier award as against defendant - Effect of earlier finding.
In a dispute over reinsurance, the claimant succeeded in its argument that the arbitrators should have been bound by a particular finding in an earlier arbitration award between the defendants and a third party, even though that finding had not been necessary for the earlier decision.
