Employment - Working time - 'Worker' - Definition of 'worker' - Claims to holiday pay - Working Time Regulations 1998, reg 2(1) .
The respondent's appeal against the finding of an employment tribunal that the applicants were 'workers' within reg2 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 was allowed, on the ground that the tribunal had failed to deal with certain relevant issues.
