Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of the prohibition on the importation of cocaine.
In the circumstances of the instant case, the defendant's sentence of 15 years' imprisonment for an offence of being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of the prohibition on the importation of cocaine was manifestly excessive and would be substituted by a sentence of 12 years' imprisonment.
