Injunctions - Freezing order - Without notice application - Disclosure of material facts - Application for discharge of freezing injunction on basis of non-disclosure of material facts - Risk of dissipation of assets.
On an application to discharge a freezing injunction, the court ruled that, on the evidence, there was no real risk that the defendant would remove his assets from the jurisdiction and, accordingly, allowed the application.
