The Case

Apart from the consensual correction of the calculating of the employee's loss of earnings and allowing the employee's appeal against the employment tribunal's refusal to review its remedies decision, the Employment Appeal Tribunal upheld the tribunal's decision in respect of the employer's liability in respect of unfair dismissal, pregnancy related detriment and dismissal, sex discrimination and victimisation.
