Costs - Award of costs - Appeal - Correctness of registrar's decision to award costs against debtor.
The debtor's appeal against the registrar's decision to award costs against him was allowed as the fact that the debtor had issued proceedings against the respondent had not affected the issue of whether or not to set aside the statutory demand.
