European Communities - External relations - Agreements with third countries - Turkey - National restriction on election of duly registered Turkish workers to general assembly of chamber of workers - Compatibility of restriction with principle of non-discriminatory working conditions for duly registered Turkish workers - Decision No 1/80 of the Association Council set up by the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Economic Community and Turkey, art 10(1).
A national restriction on the election of duly registered Turkish workers to the general assembly of a chamber of workers was precluded by the principle of non-discrimination within art10(1) of DecisionNo1-80 of the Association Council set up by the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Economic Community and Turkey, concluded, approved and confirmed on behalf of the Community by Council Decision(EEC)64-732.
