Employment - Employment tribunal - Decision - Appeal - Employee alleging tribunal failing to demonstrate reasoning process - Consideration of decision.
On an appeal from a decision of the employment tribunal, dismissing the employee's complaint of sex discrimination, the Employment Appeal Tribunal held that the tribunal had not, by its reasoning process, adequately demonstrated how it had arrived at its findings of fact and how it had progressed to its conclusions. Accordingly, the appeal would be allowed.
