Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
A sentence of seven years' imprisonment was quashed and a sentence of five-and-a-half years' substituted, in a case where the defendant had pleaded guilty at a late stage to one count of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
