Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Mitigating features.
A sentence of 15 months' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant who pleaded guilty to affray was considered, on appeal, to be manifestly excessive in all the circumstances. A sentence of six months' imprisonment was substituted.
