Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration - Attempted burglary.
The court ruled that, in the circumstances, the defendant's sentence of 30 months' imprisonment in respect of an offence of attempted burglary was excessive, and that an appropriate sentence was 18 months' imprisonment.
