Immigration - Asylum - Asylum support - Entitlement to benefits - Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) Regulations 1999 - Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2002.
A decision of a local authority to pay interim support under the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) Regulations 1999 and the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 in arrears rather than in advance was rational and lawful; however, the authority's decision only to pay 25% of the claimant's benefit which had been omitted previously was not.
