Bankruptcy - Proceedings based on statutory demand - Application to set aside - Application refused - Debtor alleging unreasonable refusal by Inland Revenue - s 271(3).
The debtor's appeal against the decisions of the registrar's to adjudicate him bankrupt and to dismiss his annulment application were dismissed as the debtor's offer of security was not one which the court considered a reasonable creditor would be unreasonable in refusing.
